• You understand that if you purchase the Lyr-Assist™ Upgrade, this allows ProDemoSolutions.com to write a melody for your lyric, ProDemoSolutions.com will not retain any rights to the song because Lyr_Assist™ is a "work-for-hire" agreement.
• You understand that once completed, all demos are final.
