All ProDemoSolutions.com needs to produce your demo is a Neatly Typed lyric sheet and a cassette or CD of you singing your song. It doesn't matter if you can't sing very well and you do not need to have instrumental accompaniment on your tape. ProDemoSolutions.com are the Demo Producing specialists. Just send in your lyrics and cassettes and we'll handle it from there.

I only write lyrics or poems. Will ProDemoSolutions.com write music and melody to my Lyrics?

The whole process normally takes 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your submission to the time you will receive the demo in the mail. If you order multiple songs, the process might take a little longer. Remember, you are more than welcome to email us to check the status of your demo order.

After I have submitted my lyric sheet and cassette/CD, how can I check the status of my Demo?

Just send us a message from our Contact page. Be sure the email has your name and the song title and someone from our Customer Service will gladly send you a status report.

Passman has specialized in the music business for more than twenty-five years and is frequently sited as one of the most influential people in the entertainment industry. This is what Passman has to say about copyright in his book, All You Need To Know About The Music Business, by Donald S. Passman.
"Under United States Copyright Law, as soon as you make a tangible copy of something, you have a copyright. Tangible simply means something you can touch. If the work is a musical composition, for example, it can be written down or just sung or played into a recorder. Once this tangible copy exists, you have all the copyright you need.
Many people think you have to register in Washington to get a copyright. Not True. There are some important rights you get from registering, but securing a copyright isn't one of them.
So it's that simple. If you sing a song in your head, no matter how completely it's composed, you have no copyright; if you write it down or record it, you have one. If you'd like to take a few minutes right now and copyright something, I'll wait..."
Passman also says that another good way to secure a copyright is to have your work notarized by a notary to the public.
